LeRoc was founded in the summer of 2003 by our MD - Pete Carroll following a long career within the contracting and installation departments of various pre-stressed concrete flooring companies.
The purpose of setting up the company was to provide the client with a more direct and personalised service and to always put the client first, helping in any way possible.
Our Directors have a combined 29 years’ experience in the industry. It was decided at an early stage to introduce a mix of both experienced and young staff so as to ensure that both old & new ideas work together to create a vibrant, forward thinking professional company.
LeRoc manufacture all of our own bespoke concrete products and have various agreements with dedicated suppliers for pre-stressed flooring products throughout the South of England. All of our structural floors are designed `in house` and our designs are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. We have independent Health & Safety advisors to always ensure that we are audited to the highest standards expected of the Industry.
The company has grown year on year since inception in a disciplined professional manner, we pride ourselves on our honesty and professionalism and will not compromise this ideal.
